Founding
Created on April 2, 2015. The first Battalion of the Knights of the Button, they were focused on attaining the Red Flair during the Button event. As such they were not focused on any given time zone, but rather just on Presses during the Red flair section of the Timer.
Oath
I submit myself to the Order of the Red,
Long shall be our days and nights ahead,
Although weary our watch, we shall not alter,
No matter how arduous, we shall not falter,
We shall stay the course of the rose-way instead,
And receive the cherry fruits - stained in blood-red!
Apostasy
After the Writ of Whiterook set the policy against Flarism within the Knights, Commander Stareatme cleaved the Battalion from the Order and declared themselves Grandmaster of The Redguard.
Repatriation
In 2018 when Grandmaster Ghostise re-implemented Battalions in the Order, he granted Knight and Redguardian Gryph667 command of the new Redguard. Gryph667 has been in Command of the Redguard from then to the present.
