Battalion Description
Euroguard is the battalion that typically includes our Knights from the European time zones, although some hail from as far as central Asia, and location is not a requirement for membership.
Euroguard has traditionally been the graveyard shift, awake while America sleeps, safeguarding the Knights when only we are able to.
Those who wish to be the shield that guards the Knights in the small hours. From the Atlantic coast in the West to the Ural River in the East, from the Mediterranean in the South to the Arctic waters in the North.
The Euroguard are a battalion for all those living on the European continent and its surrounding islands. They work to protect our Order when the ANZAC troops have already gone to bed and when our North-American brethren have yet to wake up.

Founding and History
Historically, Euroguard was formed in May 2021 by merging the battalions of Nevermore and Britguard.
Britguard
The Briguard was a general purpose battalion for Knights living in the British Isles. They worked closely with the European Knights of Nevermore.
Historically Active 2015, then 2018 to April 2021 Britguard was 14 Knights strong during its peak.

Ancient Chronicals of Nevermore
It was said that LeeNobody was commanded to raise a glorious battalion of knights to guard during European daylight hours. He found 5 brave knights to join him in this quest.
The Button Campaign

During the Interregnum Legendosh was given control of what remained of the battalion and was made Lord Commander of Nevermore. The battalion system was shortly discarded shortly after during the Join Robin campaign as the April Knights didn't have the numbers to divide themselves into smaller battalions. The battalion's own circle eventually gained 32 members and was never betrayed.
After Sequence
Enda became the new commander of the Knights of Nevermore after Legendosh left the Knights.

The Formation of Euroguard
The battalions of Nevermore and Britguard formed in May 2021 by merging the battalions of Nevermore and Britguard.
Euroguard was first led by TheTominator until his retirement in April 2023 where Smaddy was promoted from First Sergeant to Commander.
