The legislative body of the April Knights is compromised of the [[Upper Council]] and the [[Lower Council]]. The Upper Council includes the elected [[Grandmaster]], their appointed [[Division]] heads, and their appointed [[advisor|advisors]]. The [[Lower Council]] is comprised of the [[Commander]] of each [[Battalion]], unless that Commander is already serving on the Upper Council, in which case the Commander chooses a [[First Officer]] to represent their battalion.
