Grey Hopeful

Created by RamsesThePigeon, The Grey Hopeful was originally interpreted as a faction made only for greys who would be rewarded with the coveted reddit gold when the timer hit zero (the After-Timer). Instead, its creator confirmed the faction to be for any people, regardless of having pushed it or not, “to warn others of the button so that they may be rewarded”. RamsesThePigeon then enforced this statement by sacrificing his press stating that yet they “shall remain Hopeful”.

The acts of RamsesThePigeon were moving to some people. Although his actions had such an overwhelming effect, it did not change the types of posts on the subreddit. Thus, the faction stayed strong as a grey-only group. Currently, the faction remains a strong anti-press group and has allied with the Holy 0, another religion popular among non-pressers.
